Leadership Workshops
Young leaders take part in engaging workshops focused on communication, teamwork and activity leadership — practical, hands-on sessions that build real skills.
Practical Experience
Participants help support games, activities and younger campers during holiday camps, putting their learning into action in a real, supervised environment.
Reflection & Feedback
Young leaders receive one-to-one mentoring, structured feedback and recognition for their development and effort throughout the programme.
Certificates & Progression
Participants work towards certificates, badges and future leadership opportunities — including possible pathways to volunteering, junior coaching and beyond.
Future accredited pathways may include recognised Young Leader Awards. We work with frameworks inspired by organisations such as Sports Leaders UK and established sports leadership programmes.

Always Supervised
Young Leaders are always supervised by qualified, DBS-checked staff. They are not used as replacement staff members — this is a development and mentoring programme, not a staffing arrangement.
